About the role
Cardlytics is seeking a Director, Publisher Partnerships to join our team. As Cardlytics continues its growth in the industry, we are in search of an innovative and strategic business development leader with extensive experience to lead our partnerships with new publishers, including both financial and non-financial organizations. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy aimed at expanding our reach, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.
The Director, Publisher Partnerships will play a crucial role within our senior leadership team, actively contributing to Cardlytics' strategic growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving transformative results by serving as a motivator, mentor, visionary leader, trusted collaborator, and advocate for our organization, acting as a catalyst for change.

What you’ll do
Lead the growth of a new business division, from the start, to drive company revenue through creative solutions and team building.
Foster and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at both potential and existing partner organizations, ensuring a high degree of collaboration and satisfaction.
Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with product teams to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and synthesize insights to inform product development, decision-making, and prioritization.
Work in close coordination with engineering, marketing, product and sales teams to integrate partner solutions and align strategies with the company's business objectives.
Define and monitor KPIs to gauge the success and impact of partnerships, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Experience & Expertise:
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships, preferably in the fintech, ad-tech, or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of publishers and financial institutions, their business models, and their potential to enhance and complement financial technology solutions.
Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities, including a proven track record of structuring and closing complex partnership agreements.
Proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure the seamless integration of partner solutions and alignment with corporate objectives.
Strong skills in defining and monitoring KPIs to assess the success and impact of partnerships, along with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine partnership strategies.

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
$185,000 - $215,000
