The Outcome
After a successful pilot campaign in 2021, VistaPrint adopted an always-on partnership focused on all targeting strategies - acquisition, reactivation, and retention.
The partnership has delivered a 200% iROAS flight-over-flight since the initial pilot, and continues to drive efficiencies across secondary metrics. More than 20k net new customers were acquired within the last calendar agreement, and 10k lapsed customers returned to the brand.
