About the Position
Cardlytics is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst will partner with business owners and be responsible for reporting, forecasting, and analyzing all aspects of their respective organizations; providing variance analysis, planning headcount, and performing ad-hoc modeling. You will be responsible for producing consolidated P&Ls, recommending high ROI activities, process improvements, generating budget vs actual analysis, and completing other ad hoc projects.
This position plays a central role in driving financial results within a high growth organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented & numbers driven, a strong business partner and communicator, who is inquisitive, focused, and can balance quality and accuracy while moving quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. An organized, efficient self-starter who can execute on minimal supervision, with proven time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Location: The role is preferably based out of our US offices located in New York, NY; or Menlo Park, CA; on a hybrid basis
Responsibilities:
Partnering with business leaders to develop strategic, long range financial plans and translating complex financial data into actionable insights
Provide direct support for various business verticals by owning all FP&A business cycles: Completing monthly close, updating quarterly forecasts, managing annual budgets, and assisting in production of monthly Executive reporting package
Drive monthly actual versus budget reporting & variance analysis: identify drivers and generate executive level commentary
Track headcount management; be the source for department expense tracking & reporting
Manage yearly Capital Expense budget for both software development and physical long-term assets
Drive process improvements and participate in reporting enhancements with a mindset of continuous improvement
Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses, accruals and explanations of variances to plan
Manage daily financial inquiries, ad hoc reports, and collaborate with other teams on projects and modeling
Produce business cases for the organization that help foster value-based decision making
You are:
Highly detail-oriented, maintaining a high level of integrity, accuracy and precision in your work
Analytical, inquisitive and tenacious when untangling problems and finding answers
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
An expert in Microsoft Excel
Minimum Qualifications
An undergraduate bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a quantitative discipline from a top institution
Experience in strategic finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Consulting or a related field with 3+ years of progressive growth
Exhibited ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships with senior business leaders
In depth exposure to building and maintaining 3-statement financial and valuation models
Experience with Ad Tech, integration, and/or SaaS forecasting in a nimble, high growth environment

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
$100,000 - $120,000

About the Team
Cardlytics has long-standing partnerships with some of the largest national banks as well as UK-based banks and neo-banks. We work closely with our bank and advertiser partners to align business goals, helping banks increase user engagement through our products and helping advertisers to increase sales. We drive internal products, self-serve products for multiple audiences, and external consumer experiences. The products are connected to facilitate functions such as creating and approving detailed campaigns, viewing insights and collecting offers. The Product Design team has a direct impact on all of these products and the experience of every one of our users.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will be part of the Product Team, working closely in cross-functional teams to create new and enhanced user experiences for our product platforms.
About the Position
Location: US remote-friendly (Atlanta or EST time zone is preferred)
You will work on product designs, owning complex, high profile projects. Projects can include B2B management tools, data-aggregating dashboards with complex inputs and comparisons, or B2C shopping and reward interfaces that create a fun, easy experience for users. We are looking for someone who’s excited to delight users by simplifying complex flows into streamlined and rewarding experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of product initiatives that simplify complex solutions in your product area
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data analysts and business teams to iterate on new concepts and facilitate product execution
Identify, research and drive strategic initiatives to advance your product area
Periodically present your work to teams, stakeholders and clients; run research studies and feedback sessions
Create versions of your product designs for presentations to clients and aid in the storytelling around the experiences
Be the voice of users, balancing their needs with business objectives and client/partner goals
Periodic travel to Menlo Park for Product team onsite planning meetings
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX or product design, leading impactful initiatives from ideation to execution
Well-versed in Figma (or a similar tool like Adobe Xd or Sketch), using auto-layout, component libraries, prototyping, etc
A portfolio showcasing quality designs and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of the user, business objectives and complex internal systems
Knowledgeable of UX industry standards and trends, iOS, Android, responsive web

About the Team

Our platform is a combination of a large scale near-real time data pipeline (10s of billions of data points of sale transaction data from major retailers) and over 100 micro services built using latest best practices such as 12 factor. Our current tech stack includes Cassandra, Hive, Flink, Java, Athena & Snowflake, Glue, EMR, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Java spring boot based micro services. We partner and integrate with companies with best closed data sets and data intelligence such as VISA. QA is responsible for assuring the quality of our entire platform both backend and frontend.
About the Position
Bridg is seeking a Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Sr.Director of QA Engineering. Responsible for building/maintaining software QA automation frameworks along with day-to-day sprint projects, working closely with engineering and product teams for our B2C web SaaS product. You will use your engineering acumen and passion for quality to drive results for and with our teams bringing cutting-edge big data products to market.
You will be working cross functionally with team members from Engineering, Design, Product, and Customer Partnership teams to successfully help our team develop the features and products our customers want, need, or have yet to even imagine.
Responsibilities:
Create infrastructure to build and execute python automation scripts.
Working very closely with engineering / product teams. Assisting QA functions, providing guidance, support, and direction for the growing Engineering team.
Perform manual testing including creation of test plans, test cases, status reports and summary reports, and implement test automation frameworks.
Utilize QA automation tools such as Selenium. And testing / automating WebUI, REST API services.
Working with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc.
Using AWS services in day to day operations, including EMR, ES clusters, RDS etc..
Perform load testing to capture load and performance timings of the data pipeline.
Strong experience in database testing languages and tools such as SQL, MySQL, Snowflake.
Report and document QA activities and project status to Engineering and Product Management on a weekly basis.
Participate in daily scrum, bi-weekly sprint grooming and planning meetings.
Work very closely with offshore teams and mentor QA engineers/analysts and review their quality of work.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or a related technical field from an accredited institution, and 5+ years of relevant employment experience.
5+ years of developing end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions: data modeling, ETL and reporting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, especially in QA Automation.
Strong Python, SQL, Snowflake and AWS services skill set and experience is a must.
ETL testing experience using Big Data models is a must.
Strong experience in agile scrum environments and working very closely with engineering / product teams, providing guidance, support, and direction for the growing engineering team.
Experience in performing blackbox, whitebox and greybox testing methods, and implementing test automation frameworks using Python scripts.
Strong experience in testing / automating REST API services.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
Java coding experience is a huge plus.
Experience in Selenium with Java is nice to have.

Responsibilities:
Provide Technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
Architecting and developing new applications and features that provide data and data services to different teams within the enterprise, including engineering, data science, analysts, product, management/executives, and other business teams.
Creating high-performance and scalable data platforms that can support multiple data pipelines to ingest and deliver data as quickly and reliably as possible.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure software quality.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Development & Evaluation: Design, execute, and evaluate PoCs aimed at addressing identified inefficiencies within the data science and analytics workflows, ensuring that these solutions are scalable and can be effectively rolled out across the organization.
Technology Assessment: Research and assess technology vendors to determine the most suitable infrastructure upgrades or services that support self-service data needs and facilitate creation of derivative datasets.
Infrastructure Optimization & Maintenance: Oversee the performance of Data Infra, making continuous improvements to ensure speed, scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency in serving both data science and analytics teams' requirements.
