About the Position

Cardlytics is seeing a Lead Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director, Analytics. As a Lead Analyst on our Customer Analytics team, you will go beyond basic data mining to provide actionable customer insights for our financial institutions. You will lead the analytics relationship with key financial institution partners and regularly meet with their representatives to showcase the value and opportunities of the Cardlytics platform. You will act as a trainer and mentor to junior analysts as well as a subject matter expert on Customer Analytics. You will work closely with your Partner Team counterparts in translating questions from the customers into appropriate problem statements, developing robust solutions by analyzing large purchase/engagement datasets and presenting findings to influence future strategies and decisions.

Responsibilities:  

  • Work on problems affecting some of the largest financial institutions in the US and meet our commitments towards engagement and Customer value  

  • Work with large datasets in a fast-paced environment using SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and other tools 

  • Craft engaging analytic stories to drive home the impact of customer engagement and value, both from a consumer as well as financial institution perspective 

  • Mine purchase data to understand customer spending habits, competitive landscapes and customer journeys 

  • Develop and standardize new analytic approaches around customer life cycle value, measurement plans, cadence testing, optimized cadence of offers, and repeatable self-service tools for internal and external consumption

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced Analytics and Design of Experiments 5+ years in a Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, Loyalty Analytics, and/or Analytics Consulting role including experience as a project lead 

  • Interpreting analytical results and transforming them into actionable insights and working with the Partner teams to develop an implementation plan 

  • Client-facing roles as a subject matter expert with the ability to present to both a non-technical marketer or a data/statistics professional 

  • Thriving under pressure in an unstructured, fast-paced environment 

  • A degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Science, Market Research or similar fields

  • A collaborator who will partner across bank and internal organizational lines to drive go-to-market strategies and expand adoption of Cardlytics solutions by our banks and their customers. 

  • Results oriented and can manage the day-to-day bank strategic support needs across portfolios and ensure strategies are actioned into results.

About the Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Communications to lead our company's communication efforts across various channels and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our brand reputation, engage key audiences, and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and goals.

Compensation

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.


The annual US base salary range for this role is:

$230,000 - $260,000

About the Position

Cardlytics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Engineering. The core data platform team is responsible for the data infrastructure that power the various products and offerings within Cardlytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new applications and features that provide data and data services to different teams within the enterprise, including engineering, data science, analysts, product, management/executives, and other business teams.

  • Creating high-performance and scalable data platforms that can support multiple data pipelines to ingest and deliver data as quickly and reliably as possible.

  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure software quality.

  • Building insights products using large amounts of financial data.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features.

  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

  • Conducting testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software applications.

  • Participating in the design and implementation of software architecture and infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in software development

  • Experience designing and building large scale distributed system

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Scala, Java

  • Backend software engineer with experience building large scale distributed systems

  • Experience building reporting and scheduler systems

  • Strong experience with Spark

  • Experience working with Kafka, EMR, Airflow, Airflow, Hadoop or similar 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building Data Lake with Glue, Hudi, Druid, Flink is a plus
